Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate stress, trauma, and life’s more complicated moments. I earned my doctoral degree from SUNY Binghamton specializing in Trauma, Neurodivergence and Addictions.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My work focuses on meeting you exactly where you are—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we’ll build practical skills while making space for the thoughts and emotions that show up along the way. My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for me to begin understanding who you are, where you are right now, and how we can start working together in a way that feels meaningful and effective. I recognize that starting therapy can feel anxiety-provoking, so we move at a pace that feels comfortable while also making space for honest conversation. You’ll have a chance to get to know me as well, so we can determine whether the fit feels right for you. Together, we’ll begin putting the puzzle pieces together—identifying patterns, clarifying what matters most to you, and exploring the changes you’d like to see. From there, we’ll start shaping clear, values-based goals that give us direction moving forward.
