Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Sean and I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I work with young and middle-aged adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, relationship concerns, career stress, and major life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with clients in high-demand fields, including healthcare, finance, challenging academic programs, and other fast-paced environments where competing responsibilities, perfectionism, and chronic stress can become difficult to manage. My goal as your therapist is to help you gain clarity, build effective tools, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to the needs of each individual. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all, generic therapy. Together, we will identify the patterns, concerns, and goals that are most important to you and develop an approach that fits your personality, circumstances, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will take time to understand what brought you to therapy, the challenges you are currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We may discuss your background, relationships, work or academic demands, current symptoms, and the strategies you have already tried. You will not be expected to share everything all at once. Together, we will clarify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and preferences. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard and with a clear understanding of how our work together can support you.
