Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2015 with my Masters in Social Work. Prior to private practice, I worked as a therapist in community mental health settings serving those most underserved in our society. I am passionate about working through an intersectional, harm reduction and trauma-informed lens with everyone.

On a personal note, I love gardening and hanging out with my senior rescue dog sonny.

My approach to therapy

I take a relational approach to therapy, meaning our relationship is the most important ingredient for success. I draw on multiple therapy modalities to best fit your needs. I have extensive experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Strength’s Based approaches.

What you can expect from me

I strive to co-create a space with you where we can deepen your self-awareness, transform ineffective beliefs and patterns, improve your relationships, and learn healthy ways to manage the challenges of your daily life.
