Great to meet you!

I know the initial process of engaging in counseling can feel daunting. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported and accepted. This helps provide the setting necessary for change.

My approach to therapy

I excel at creating an environment where clients feel secure enough to find their own solutions to whatever challenges they may face. I may have tools and strategies that help clients access their own strengths, but ultimately, it's the client who is empowered to bring about the change they would like to see in their life. When change comes from within, it's truly transformational.

What you can expect from me

Therapy, and the endeavor of developing a greater understanding of ourselves, is one of the most meaningful and rewarding endeavors we can have in life. When done well, therapy offers a deeper and more meaningful connection to our experiences and ultimately to our lives as a whole.
