Great to meet you!

I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2015, completing my Bachelors degree in Psychology at Kent State University in 2012, and completing my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Cleveland State University in 2015.

My approach to therapy

I primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and CBT. I am also certified as a mindfulness teacher and am certified through EMDRIA.

What you can expect from me

I believe that successful and meaningful counseling begins and ends with the amount of trust a client has in their therapist, as well as the significance a therapist places on the client being involved in the process of setting goals for treatment. I am looking forward to being able to support you on your journey.
