Great to meet you!

Life can feel exhausting when anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or major life transitions leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself and others. You may find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, struggling with stress, conflict, panic, or emotional pain and wanting support from someone who truly understands.

With over 20 years of experience, I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance use concerns, women's issues, grief and loss, anger management, eating disorders, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, gain insight, and develop practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), Positive Psychology, Attachment-Based Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, Experiential Therapy, Behavior Modification, and Couples Therapy.

Together, we'll identify patterns contributing to distress, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and create strategies that support emotional wellness, healthier relationships, and long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard and respected. Therapy is a space to explore what's keeping you stuck, clarify your goals, and begin building the life and relationships you want.

Clients often leave therapy with reduced anxiety, stronger boundaries, improved communication, healthier coping skills, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered, connected, and capable of navigating life's challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
