Great to meet you!

I am a psychotherapist (LCSW w/ a background in Human Rights and Social Justice) with years of experience practicing in the clinical and mental health community of the New York City area. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community of all ages and racial and cultural backgrounds. I have been working at The LGBTQ Center (NYC) as a therapist for the past couple of years where I provide services both in English and French to the community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a trauma-informed and integrative approach drawing from behavioral and psychodynamic theory. I am a good listener and approach talk therapy with curiosity, warmth and an authentic interest to helping you achieve your goals. I am dedicated to providing you with a safe and non-judgmental environment; to guide you and challenge you through your journey to recovery.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a strong believer that meaningful change happens when you are supported in your self-discovery and recognize that you are the expert in your own life experience.
