Great to meet you!

As a double board-certified practitioner in medicine and psychiatry, I am acutely aware of the impact of mental health on overall wellbeing.

I leverage my background in critical care, preventative care, surgery and psychiatry to provide an evidence-based and results-oriented holistic approach catered to each individual.

My specialties include, but are not limited to, treating and managing ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, stress management, adjustment disorders, and OCD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I combine medication management sessions with individual psychotherapy to achieve optimal results in a culturally sensitive and emotionally safe space for the client. Currently I do not offer stand alone therapy sessions.

My treatment plans are developed in conjunction with the client to provide focused care aimed at encouraging personal growth and development.

What you can expect from our first session

By working together, we will concentrate on improving somatic symptoms, unhealthy behaviors and emotional imbalances to correct and enhance quality of life and instill positive thinking.

My goal is to help you develop and instill healthy coping mechanisms so that you may lead a fulfilling life beyond our sessions.
