Great to meet you!

As a bilingual (English/Spanish) trauma specialist, I help support individuals and families heal from grief, domestic violence, abuse and trauma, and other mental health concerns. I accept Aetna, Cigna, and BCBS, and offer confidential statewide virtual sessions. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds over the past several years and have specialized training in several modalities (including EMDR, CFTSI and TF-CBT) to help foster lasting healing from the inside out. Supervised by Rachel Yarborough, LPC-S.

My approach to therapy

The process of therapy is fully collaborative in identifying goals and in creating an approach that is tailored to you. We will focus on understanding your needs, strengths and experiences to find a path forward. As our work progresses, we'll continue checking in about what's helping and adjust as needed.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you've been carrying difficult experiences for a long time. You don't have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. I am here to support you every step of the way!
