Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals facing anxiety, burnout, and life transitions develop greater self-awareness and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Together we'll create a space where you feel safe to explore your story, clarify your goals, and build the life you want. My style is down-to-earth and collaborative, and I want young people and adults to feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow into who they truly are.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re a teen navigating stress and identity, or an adult feeling stuck in anxiety or overwhelmed by the demands of life, I'm here to help you find clarity, courage and direction. I believe therapy should foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change, meeting you exactly where you are. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. You deserve a space where you feel supported in your healing journey.
