Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychotherapist dedicated to providing a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is compassionate and culturally responsive, helping clients build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change. I offer services in both English and Spanish to better support diverse communities.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and direct approach to therapy, creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. I tailor each session to the client’s needs, integrating evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical coping skills. My work often centers on anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions, with an emphasis on culturally responsive and bilingual care.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can share their concerns and begin to feel heard and understood. In the first session, we will explore your current challenges, background, and goals for therapy. Together, we will begin identifying initial goals and discuss a plan to support your growth and emotional well-being.
