Great to meet you!

I work primarily with people navigating trauma, PSTD, psychosis, nightmares, personality disorders, and complex patterns that can make life feel difficult to understand or change. Many of my clients have experienced overwhelming or destabilizing experiences and may feel caught in cycles that no longer serve them. Others are struggling with recurring nightmares, intrusive memories, fears, relationship patterns, or changes in perception that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves or the world around them.

My approach to therapy

I value curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. Therapy does not have to mean simply talking about what happened, it can also be an opportunity to create new ways of relating to your experiences. Together, we will explore what's going on, understand the patterns and emotions that are coming up, and develop new ways of responding to present-day challenges.

What you can expect from me

Trauma, unusual experiences, or distressing dreams can leave you feeling isolated or unsure of what to trust. Therapy can provide a space to explore these experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and see if we might be a good fit.
