Great to meet you!

Many people struggle to access mental health support due to cultural, societal, or personal barriers. You may feel misunderstood, hesitant to seek help, or unsure of where to begin. In communities where mental health is often stigmatized or overlooked, finding the right support can feel overwhelming and isolating.

I’m deeply committed to making mental health care more accessible—especially for those who have felt unseen, unheard, or unsupported. I believe that no one should have to navigate their mental health journey alone, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you can begin to heal, grow, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. While I am grounded in client-centered and humanistic principles, I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Whether you’re looking to process past trauma, understand current emotional patterns, or develop tools to manage daily challenges, I work collaboratively with you to find what resonates and supports your goals.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related challenges, ADHD, relationship issues, and substance use concerns. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor your lived experiences, and help you build meaningful change—one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect openness, honesty, warmth and empathy from our sessions. My goal is to make you feel very comfortable so you can more easily explore issues constructively.
