Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice. I am passionate about helping people move through life's transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

My approach to therapy

Using a holistic psycho-spiritual approach, I work with clients across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, divorce, work stress and other major life transitions. I believe that when we heal the deeper patterns and wounds of the past, new possibilities emerge and the future begins to evolve in a different way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and dealing with the issues that brought you to therapy. Taking your history is an important part of discovering those patterns so we can work to make change and create the life that you want to live.
