Great to meet you!

Everyone has a JOURNEY and the path is different for every single one of us. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in childhood trauma, anxiety and grief. I have over eight years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I believe honest and open communication is important in having a successful therapeutic outcome. My goal is to provide an atmosphere where you feel safe enough to share the most intimate parts of your life. Let’s get connected!

A bit about my approach to therapy

With the use of evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Gestalt Therapy, I assist those who struggle with Anxiety, Grief and Trauma- based responses. This tender, Trauma- informed approach helps with Anger Management, Interpersonal Relationships, Family Issues and overall developing a tool box of skills to implement during the most difficult times of your lives.

What you can expect from our first session

I will work my hardest to have you feel heard, respected and most importantly, safe to talk about the most vulnerable things. Let's get connected and allow me to accompany you on this incredible journey.
