Selva Villahermosa

Hi, my name is Selva and I am a LPC in New Jersey. I have experience in social work, working with adults of all ages, and particularly young adults navigating their way in the world and all the things that come with finding independence and a sense of self. I also have experience working with women navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and domestic violence.

My approach to therapy is client centered. I use CBT and solutions focused therapy interventions.

Clients can expect to feel heard and make a connection. The therapeutic relationship is very important to make sure there is trust and that progress can be made in your therapy journey.
