Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate and supportive counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, understanding, and a judgment-free space where you can feel heard and supported.

My approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. Whether you’re working through stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for moving forward.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you work toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that every person’s experiences, strengths, and challenges are unique, and therapy should reflect that. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

Together, we’ll explore the concerns that brought you to counseling, identify patterns that may be getting in the way of your well-being, and build practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges. I focus on meeting clients where they are while helping them recognize their strengths, develop greater self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change.

I see counseling as a partnership. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support, guidance, and perspective as you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll take some time to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to counseling, and explore what you hope to gain from therapy.

I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, your personal history, and areas of your life that may be affecting your well-being. We’ll also talk about what you can expect from counseling, including confidentiality, communication, and how we’ll work together moving forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. The first session is simply an opportunity to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship and identify where we can start. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you and work together to create a plan that supports your goals.
