Great to meet you!

Starting care can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make sure you feel supported and in charge of your own path. I'm Senegbeh, a psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in Pennsylvania and offering one-on-one medication management and therapy by telehealth. I'd love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I believe good care is collaborative. We'll start by talking through what's bringing you in, whether that's anxiety that won't let up, a diagnosis you want a second opinion on, or medication that isn't working the way it should. From there, we build a plan together: medication management, ongoing conversation, or both, depending on what actually helps your day to day. I keep sessions flexible and judgment-free, and I check in regularly on how your medication is working, not just at the start, so your plan keeps pace with your life. My goal is for you to feel like an active partner in your own care, not a passenger in it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you: your history, what's weighing on you, and what you want out of care. From there we'll build a plan together, whether that's medication, ongoing conversation, or both, and check in regularly so it keeps working for your life as it changes.
