Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience in the social work field, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths and purpose, and develop healthier ways of coping.

As a Clinical Social Worker, I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, domestic abuse, and other life stressors. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work with each client to identify their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on helping clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and make meaningful changes that support emotional well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from counseling. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and coping strategies, while giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying what may be helpful moving forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out—therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to find what feels most helpful for you.
