Great to meet you!

Whether you're a parent in the thick of the postpartum period, a teen or adult working through anxiety or trauma, or a family struggling with a young child's behavior or emotional needs — I may be a good fit.

I work across the lifespan, from toddlers to adults, with a focus on trauma, maternal mental health, and parent-child relationships. I'm trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a specialized approach for families with young children facing behavioral or emotional challenges — something most therapists aren't equipped to offer.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and direct. I'm less interested in managing surface behaviors than in understanding what's underneath them — the unmet needs, the emotional patterns, the experiences that haven't had space to be processed. From there, we build real skills and create more lasting change.

You can expect warmth and honesty in equal measure. I'll be collaborative, but I'll also give you direct feedback when it's helpful — not just validation.

What you can expect from me

We'll start by getting to know each other and talking about what's bringing you in. You can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with — no pressure to have everything figured out. I'll ask questions to understand your experiences and goals, and I'll walk you through how I work so we can make sure it's a good fit. My goal is that you leave feeling heard and a little more at ease about the process.
