Great to meet you!

I resigned from a Corporate career of 15 years to fulfill my passion for working with teens and young adults! I am a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist and received my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University. I worked in schools and private practice settings to help clients understand why they feel the way they do. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

Since each client's needs are unique, I use an integrative approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory. I provide EMDR therapy for trauma processing. My work focuses on helping clients heal from past hurts, identify strengths, learn healthy coping skills, and build meaningful relationships.

What you can expect from me

First session is different than subsequent sessions since discovery questions are asked to paint a comprehensive picture of the client. A safe and non-judgmental environment is of utmost importance in order to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. My ultimate goal is to help my clients lead resilient, fulfilling, and purposeful lives.
