Great to meet you!

l am a licensed psychologist, with over 25 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment in both inpatient and outpatient settings. l earned a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from Pepperdine University in 1995,

I work with adults who are dealing with recent and ongoing stressful situations, such as life transitions, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders. I also work with clients who are coping with the loss of their companion animals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and strength-based. I help clients gain new perspectives on their difficulties, and tap into their inner resources and strengths to best manage life's challenges. Clients can expect to learn tools to manage stress and inner conflict, so that they are able to feel at peace and find joy in their lives.

What you can expect from me

It takes courage to take the first step and seek help. Together, we can identify what is keeping you from feeling confident, competent, and in charge of your life, and help you take steps toward being the best version of yourself.
