Great to meet you!

You might be someone who is thoughtful, self-aware, and used to figuring things out on your own, but still finds yourself stuck in the same emotional or relational patterns.

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond surface-level insight and actually change the patterns that keep showing up in their lives.

Many of my clients are high-functioning, reflective, and emotionally intelligent. They’ve done the reading, had the conversations, and can often explain exactly why they feel or react a certain way, but that hasn’t translated into lasting change.

In our work together, we focus on identifying the deeper emotional and relational patterns driving your reactions, understanding how they developed, and actively shifting how you respond in real time.

This isn’t just a space to vent. It’s a space to understand, challenge, and transform.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in helping you identify and shift the underlying patterns that drive your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

I integrate evidence-based models, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), along with cognitive and relational frameworks. Rather than focusing only on what’s happening on the surface, we’ll explore the deeper emotional responses and experiences that shape how you react and relate.

In our work, we’ll:

  • Identify recurring patterns that keep you feeling stuck
  • Understand where those patterns come from
  • Increase awareness of your emotional responses in real time
  • Practice new ways of responding so change feels more natural and sustainable

I also tailor sessions to you; some moments will be reflective and exploratory, while others will be more direct and focused on helping you shift patterns as they’re happening. This is an active and collaborative process. Therapy isn’t just about insight; it’s about creating meaningful, lasting shifts in how you experience yourself and your relationships.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what’s bringing you in.

We’ll talk through what you’ve been experiencing, any patterns you’ve noticed, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out, part of my role is to help organize and make sense of things with you.

Many clients leave the first session already starting to see their situation through a different lens, with more clarity around what’s been keeping them stuck.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of how we might work together and what our focus could look like moving forward.
