A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy Approach: Attachment-based, behavioral, cognitive, collaborative, DBT-informed, directive, emotionally focused, functional, holistic, humanistic, integrative, multicultural, psychodynamic, psychoeducational, and solution-focused.

Therapy Session: Sessions focus on empowering you with the knowledge, courage, experience, and self-confidence needed to take charge of your own health and create lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

My purpose is to provide holistic care that focuses on three components of good health—the mind, body, and spirit. Instead of simply tolerating, slowing the progression of, or treating the symptoms of an illness, the purpose of therapy is to promote healing by treating the root causes. Through education, skills, connection, and lifestyle changes, I believe people can reclaim their health and regain control over their own wellbeing.
