Great to meet you!

I help those who are searching for a creative solution to life's challenges, and are open to trying something a little different. I am open to working with people from all walks of life, who are seeking help with existential issues or times of transformation. My work is always client-centered, trauma informed, and inclusive.

I also offer Creative Arts Therapies-based support and therapy groups. For the most up to date group information, please see my Psychology Today profile.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I focus on Art Therapy/Expressive Arts such as working with fine art and craft materials, writing, and/or guided imagery, as well as somatically oriented approaches (movement, rhythm, sound, EFT/Tapping, Internal Family Systems, and more). I blend these with mindfulness and "evidence based" techniques, to create a personalized approach. I'm also open to incorporating spiritual aspects, for those who need it.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first meeting will be a chance to get to know one another a little, explore issues you'd like to work on, and determine if what I offer is the right fit. I'll provide you my recommendations, and work with you to set up a plan of care and a schedule for meeting, and/or refer you to other providers or resources as appropriate.
