Great to meet you!

I believe people are naturally wired for connection, and that meaningful change happens when we feel safe enough to be our authentic selves. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where adolescents, young adults, and parents can explore life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship concerns, and major transitions. Together, we will build on your strengths, clarify what matters most to you, and develop practical strategies that support healing, resilience, and growth.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I specialize in working with teens, members of the LGBTIQ+ community, and parents navigating life's challenges and transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and trauma-informed, recognizing the impact that past experiences can have on how we view ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered to explore what matters most to you. Together, we will identify your unique strengths, clarify your goals, and develop practical strategies to support healing, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my first priority is creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can simply show up as you are. We'll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what has brought you to therapy, and identifying what you hope to gain from our work together. We'll begin discussing goals at a pace that feels comfortable to you and consider some meaningful next steps. I want you to leave the first session with a sense of connection, hope, and confidence that we can work collaboratively toward the changes you want to see in your life.
