Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, empathetic, and trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping clients heal and thrive. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2020, along with a specialized certificate in trauma, and I am currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in three states. My clinical work is enriched by a breadth of life experience that allows me to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy, with a particular emphasis on neuroplasticity and the brain's remarkable capacity for healing, growth, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

You can expect a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you remain in control of your healing journey. My goal is to understand you as a whole person—your unique experiences, your story, and what has led you to seek therapy at this point in your life. I specialize in trauma-focused approaches that build on your existing strengths, support healing, and foster resilience, helping you move toward lasting growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I'll take time to listen carefully to your concerns and understand what has brought you to therapy. Together, we'll identify the goals that are most important to you and discuss how we can work toward them. As part of this process, we may review relevant aspects of your personal history to better understand your experiences and inform our work together.
