Great to meet you!

  • Most of us handle everything on our own until we can't. The pressure of work, relationships, and daily life builds quietly, and by the time something shows up, it can feel too heavy and impossible to regain your control.
  • I'm, a dual board-certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner focusing on a direct and practical approach to mental health. I combine medication management and talk therapy in a results-focused approach.
  • I speak English and Russian.
  • Just as an untreated injury limits everything else, untreated mental health concerns limit your ability to work, connect, and pursue what matters.

My approach to therapy

  • Before I did this, I worked in critical care. I’ve seen what happens when people wait too long to deal with something. I bring that same mindset here.
  • I’m not interested in years of talk therapy with no direction. I want to know what’s actually going on, and I want to fix it.
  • My goal is to provide a professional, respectful, and judgment-free environment where patients can address mental health concerns openly and work toward improved functioning, resilience, and quality of life and remain active participants in their care.
  • Medication management, psychotherapy recommendations, lifestyle considerations, or a combination of approaches may be used when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

  • I work virtually as to allow you to see me from the privacy of your own home or wherever you may be.
  • Your first session is about getting the full picture, not rushing to a diagnosis.
  • We’ll review your history and goals, and I’ll ask direct questions to understand what’s really going on and develop a treatment plan that is truly best for you.
  • The environment is straightforward and judgment-free, focused on real, measurable progress.
