Great to meet you!

I am committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care in a respectful, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their treatment.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Executive Leadership and over two decades of healthcare experience across inpatient, outpatient, community, and residential settings. My work has focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders, as well as more complex presentations, including co-occurring conditions and intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am particularly experienced in working with individuals whose needs may not be straightforward or who have not found relief with prior care.

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy, with a focus on helping clients achieve clarity, stability, and meaningful, lasting improvement in their overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based care. I take time to understand the full picture—your symptoms, history, environment, and goals—so we can develop a treatment plan that is both effective and realistic for your life.

I integrate supportive, goal-oriented psychotherapy with medication management when appropriate, focusing on clarity, stability, and meaningful progress. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex or co-occurring conditions, including those who feel their needs have not been fully addressed in prior care.

Throughout our work, I prioritize creating a respectful, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow things down and feel heard. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, what’s brought you in, and what you’re hoping will change—at your pace, without pressure or judgment. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand the full picture, and together we’ll begin outlining a clear, practical plan tailored to you.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. Many clients leave their first session feeling more clarity, a sense of direction, and relief that they don’t have to figure things out alone.
