Great to meet you!

Life can feel like a lot sometimes, whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, addiction, or the emotional weight of caring for a loved one. Maybe things feel tangled, or you're used to being the strong one for everyone else. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I want to understand your story, what’s been heavy lately, and what you’re hoping will feel different. Together, we can begin to make sense of it all and help you feel more steady, supported, and like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I take a holistic, down-to-earth approach, meeting you where you are and working at your pace. Our sessions are collaborative and focused on building insight, practical tools, and helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I also offer sessions in Spanish, creating a comfortable space for clients who prefer to speak in their native language.

What you can expect from me

I am currently accepting new clients and would be honored to connect with you. If you’re ready to take that first step or even just exploring, reach out or book directly through my online scheduler. Change is possible, and it can start sooner than you think.
