Great to meet you!

I have been providing therapy treatment and services for 30 years. My training includes clinical experiences in the United States, Latin America, and Europe in the fields of psychology and clinical social work. My specialties include working with families (couples and children therapy) and providing treatment to eliminate depression and anxiety. My clients improve, they recover, and they heal. I assist people who suffer from anxiety and depression through insight and introspection.

My approach to therapy

My focus is on the analysis of a patient’s deep-seated fear-related trauma and how that fear impacts the NOW . I focus on channeling the energy that can be harnessed from fear, a powerful human emotion that can rob us of our life energy.

Your new energy will heal the wounds from the past that prevent you from living the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

The road to recovery and healing is not easy. However, it is impossible to place yourself on this journey without taking the most important action, the very first step.

I am here to assist you with that crucial decision and will provide you with the space to BE and offer genuine empathy during each of our therapeutic interactions. Make the call today and you will be greeted with warmth, positive energy, and optimism. Let’s take this journey together, one step at a time.
