Great to meet you!

Sometimes you know you want something to change, but you’re not sure where to start. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your career or personal life, struggling with confidence, or trying to find better balance between everything you’re carrying. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I work with clients who are ready to better understand themselves, make intentional changes, and create a life that feels more aligned with who they are and where they want to go. My background in counseling, career development, and personal growth allows me to look at the whole picture rather than focusing on just one part of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is conversational, encouraging, and focused on helping you gain clarity and move forward. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what is and isn’t working without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. We’ll work together to identify patterns that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that fit your goals and your life. Whether you’re working through personal challenges, career concerns, relationship difficulties, or simply feel ready for something different, our work will be tailored to what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to slow down and talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to be different, and what you hope to get out of our work together. You don’t need to have the right words or a perfect plan. I’ll ask questions, listen to what you’re experiencing, and begin getting a sense of how I can best support your goals. Most importantly, I want you to leave that first conversation feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what our work together could look like. If you think we may be a good fit, I invite you to book a free consultation so we can connect and see how I can help.
