Great to meet you!

I work with teens, adults, and families who are feeling depressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many of the people I support are dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship stress, substance use, and life transitions that leave them feeling weighed down. Some are having a hard time focusing, keeping up with daily responsibilities, or getting past fearful and ruminating thoughts. Others feel at a loss in school, work, relationships, or family life and want support finding their footing again.

I have also partnered with parents to strengthen parent-child relationships by equipping families with practical tools to foster healthy communication, connection, and growth.

Through a compassionate, personalized approach and a variety of evidence-based and faith-informed treatment methods, I strive to help clients experience growth in every area of their lives. My goal is to empower each person to find peace, healing, and joy, regardless of the challenges they may be facing.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right support and tools. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their therapeutic

Journey.

My therapeutic approaches include active listening, encouragement, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and relationship-based interventions that strengthen communication and interpersonal skills. I also incorporate expressive techniques such as art therapy and adventure therapy when appropriate to help clients process emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and gain a clear understanding of your unique story. We will spend time discussing your personal background, family history, current concerns, and the experiences that have brought you to counseling. You can expect me to ask a variety of questions to gather important information that will help guide our work together and develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
