Welcome! I'm Seth Brost, a LCSW/LAC in Colorado, and I’ve been working in the field since earning my MSW in 2020. I have spent the last four years working in community mental health, specializing in substance use disorders, trauma. With a diverse professional background and lived experience, I am passionate about helping people navigate life's complexities with empathy, understanding, and authenticity.

I aim to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges in a way that feels safe and empowering.
