Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Seth Brost, a LCSW/LAC in Colorado, and I’ve been working in the field since earning my MSW in 2020. I have spent the last four years working in community mental health, specializing in substance use disorders, trauma. With a diverse professional background and lived experience, I am passionate about helping people navigate life's complexities with empathy, understanding, and authenticity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges in a way that feels safe and empowering. Through my work in various settings, I have gained extensive experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship challenges. Whether you’re dealing with overwhelming emotions, navigating past trauma, or seeking better relationships, I’m here to help.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in the power of genuine human connection in therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who is down-to-earth, compassionate, and dedicated to walking alongside you in your healing process, I would be honored to be part of your journey. Reach out whenever you feel ready—there’s no rush, no pressure—just a safe space and support.
