Great to meet you!

Struggling with mental health challenges can be incredibly difficult—I know this not just professionally, but personally as well.

Hi, my name is Seth and I have 12+ years of experience specializing in addiction, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, men’s and women’s issues, and parenting challenges. I’ve faced my own challenges for much of my life, and I’ve seen how support and learning practical skills can make a meaningful difference.

My approach to therapy

Alongside my private practice, I’ve served as Director of Counseling at a community center supporting a wide range of psychiatric needs. My background includes work in Malibu treatment centers focused on addiction and dual diagnosis, as well as specialized eating disorder programs. I’m also a trained Parent Project facilitator.

I offer both therapy and practical, skills-based support. Using approaches like CBT, DBT, and crisis intervention, I focus on helping clients build tools they can use in real life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on for you and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. I’ll walk you through the intake process, answer any questions, and make sure we’re a good fit moving forward.
