Hello, I'm Seth a LPC in the Colorado area, I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and 5 years of counseling experience specializing in anxiety, trauma, and military/veteran struggles. My goal is to support you in removing the barriers that are holding you back from moving forward with the life you want to live.
My approach to therapy involves directness tempered with warmth and a touch of humor. I bring experience from years of community care, hospital settings, and outpatient programs.
During our first session, I want to hear what's in-between the lines of the intake forms, there is so much more to you than what is typed on a page. I'll ask questions to understand all the who, what, why, how, and so forth. We'll wrap the session by setting some goals to get you where you'd like to be.
