Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New York, with over 15 years of experience in human services and clinical practice. I trained at Columbia University and have worked across both community health and private practice settings.

I work primarily with professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, major life transitions, and the experience of feeling stuck despite outward success.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, conversational, and collaborative. I stay actively engaged in the work, helping you think through challenges in a practical way while also exploring the deeper patterns behind them.

The goal is not just insight, but being able to do something with that understanding in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation. I want to understand what’s bringing you in, how you tend to think about things, and what you’re hoping will change.

We won’t spend months rehashing your entire history. We focus on what’s most relevant and move at a pace that feels useful to you.
