Great to meet you!

I’m Seth Watson, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping you find balance and resilience. I pride myself on offering an easy, stress-free demeanor that makes it simple to talk openly. When it comes to medication management however, I get right down to business. I focus on addressing the problem with strong, evidence-based results, and I will always utilize a collaborative approach to ensure that every decision about your care is one we make together.

My approach to therapy

"We listen and we don't judge."

My approach to psychiatric care centers on actually being both kind and competent. I provide competence by offering specialization in complex conditions like severe depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I can help navigate medication management during and after pregnancy. I provide the knowledge needed to help a person be successful with substance recovery as well. I have years of experience treating all age, from children through seniors.

But the second part of that is just as important: being kind. I will bring empathy, respect, and an attitude of 'meeting you where you are' to the appointment each and every time.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be of course a few questions. But it will also be a lot of me listening. Part of this first time speaking together is going to be correctly identifying the problem. And the other part will be me and the client, together, creating a treatment plan that they are comfortable with.
