Great to meet you!

Are you feeling discouraged, depressed, overwhelmed with stress and anxiety? Are you struggling in your relationships and can’t seem to move pass your past? I want you to know I am here to help you. Life challenges hits hard sometimes and can last much longer than we would like them to be. Therapy can provide the help you need to move from challenges to freedom so you can live a more healthier life one day at a time.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to support and guide you while providing a non-judgmental safe environment. My treatment core is cognitive behavior therapy, and other evidence-based techniques tailored to meet your needs. I am also equipped to provide Christian counseling by combining clinically proven interventions with biblical truth to those that desire to have a Christian perspective.

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to achieve your goal! I aim to provide a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and secure. Let me help you achieve the freedom you deserve.
