Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Seva, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner passionate about helping individuals feel more grounded, empowered, and understood. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and trauma-related concerns. I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and executive functioning challenges.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based care. I offer both medication management and supportive therapy. I believe in tailoring treatment to meet your unique needs, whether that means exploring new medication options, refining your current regimen, or simply having space to be heard. I understand that the decision to seek help is deeply personal, and I work hard to create a judgment-free space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are.

Clients often describe me as approachable, direct, and easy to talk to. I aim to reduce the stress and stigma around psychiatric care, while helping you build insight, self-trust, and emotional balance.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, walking with my two dogs, and hunting down hidden-gem restaurants. I'm a big fan of historical fiction and fantasy novels, and I love winding down with a good documentary or a new series I can get lost in. I value curiosity, authenticity, and connection both in my personal life and in the care I provide.

My approach to therapy

I approach care with curiosity, collaboration, and compassion. I believe that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all; my goal is to understand who you are beyond a diagnosis and tailor treatment to what will actually support you.

My work blends evidence-based medication management with supportive, reflective dialogue. I take time to explore the root of your symptoms and the context around them, and I don’t rush decisions. Whether you're new to psychiatric care or reevaluating your current treatment plan, I’ll meet you where you are and work at your pace.

I strive to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and not judged. Many of my patients are high-functioning but internally overwhelmed people who appear fine on the outside but are struggling to keep up, feel stuck, or disconnected. I welcome those who have been misunderstood by the system, those navigating identity shifts, and those living with chronic stress or emotional exhaustion.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space where they feel heard, validated, and not judged. My sessions are collaborative, I don't just prescribe and move on. We take time to understand patterns, symptoms, and root causes, so treatment feels purposeful and tailored to you.

Ultimately, my goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more grounded, more in control of your care, and more connected to yourself. Whether you're in crisis or just trying to feel a little more like yourself again, we’ll take it one step at a time, together.
