Great to meet you!

Hey there, my name is Sha-Lai Williams, PhD, LCSW and I'm curious: Have you ever felt stuck, unmotivated, unfulfilled or invisible? Wish you had someone to help you find your passion? Or help hold you accountable? If you said yes to any of those questions, I can relate!

Whether you're experiencing fear, insecurities, feelings of rejection and abandonment, dealing with broken homes or relationships, church trauma or a host of other feelings and situations, I'm here to help.

My approach to therapy

As your therapist, I aim to help you identify and address barriers that may prevent you from fully actualizing your innate passion, pursuing your divine purpose, and enjoying your personal and professional freedom. I accomplish this by creating a genuine partnership based upon rapport building, active listening, and asking the hard questions. Based on your needs, we'll then generate a plan of action, with tangible goals and objectives, to assist you in achieving your desired outcome(s).

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect a partner who helps them shift from stuck to starting to success. With a gentle nudge, challenging questions, and consistent accountability, along with evidence-based therapies and interventions, I will help you address your needs and achieve your goals.
