Great to meet you!

Hello there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Virginia. I received my Masters from Walden University. I have been practicing for over 10 years in various settings. I enjoy assisting children, young adults, and adults struggling with various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, various traumas, personality disorders, and so much more.

My approach to therapy

Having worked in various settings, I have become very flexible at maneuvering through the various treatment modalities to benefit the needs of the client. I enjoy helping children and young adults navigate the world as they are our future. I believe that if we are able to provide early intervention to these young individuals they will have the tools to thrive as adults.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, complete a biopsychosocial assessment, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
