Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in community mental health, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan. While I’ve supported people of all ages, I’ve especially enjoyed working with children, and young/older adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and personal growth. I believe therapy should be a supportive and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your decisions, and develop tools that support meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is empowering, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build a stronger sense of autonomy and self-trust. I work with clients to develop a more positive and compassionate perspective of themselves so they can make decisions with confidence and clarity. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based techniques, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools for growth and change. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel encouraged to explore challenges and move toward the life you want for yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, any challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what goals you may have for treatment. I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your history and current needs. You’re always welcome to ask questions about the therapy process as well. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying areas to focus on and discuss how we can work together to support your progress.
