Great to meet you!

The decision to seek therapy is a courageous and genuinely personal one. I am so glad that you are here. For 16 years I have been dedicated to working with individuals experiencing worry, stress, anxiety, depression, challenges during life transitions, relationship issues, spirituality, grief, or many other challenges that may arise. I have unique experience with adolescents and have worked extensively in trauma settings. You are invited to be your uncensored self. You are welcome here.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients to help achieve a healthy and fulfilling life according to their personal values, beliefs, and strengths. In session, I take the role of a supportive and encouraging guide and would like to join you on your journey to feeling well and living better. I offer my knowledge and training, but it is you that will be the guide in your life.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we can work towards you being the best version of yourself and establishing a confident pathway to wellness. It is time to embrace who you are and what you can become. Let us work together!
