Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I bring a wide breadth of clinical experience supporting people with varied identities, backgrounds, and life stories. I see the therapeutic relationship as a meaningful source of healing and focus on creating a client-centered environment that feels safe, collaborative, and free of judgment. My clinical approach emphasizes assisting clients in recognizing how developmental history, traumatic experiences, and current stressors influence their emotional functioning and their ability to cultivate and maintain healthy interpersonal relationships.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. Depending on a client’s goals, I incorporate mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed practices, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. I believe in working at a pace that feels safe and manageable, empowering clients to deepen their self-awareness, build healthier coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. Above all, I strive to honor each person’s story with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming conversation focused on understanding what brings them to therapy and what they hope to gain from the process. We begin by exploring current concerns, relevant history, and any immediate needs, while also discussing what therapy might look like moving forward. I take time to answer questions, clarify expectations, and collaborate on initial goals. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and well oriented to the next steps in their therapeutic journey.
