Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just not like yourself lately, you’re not alone. A lot of the people I work with are used to holding it together on the outside, but internally feel exhausted, stuck, or unsure why certain patterns keep showing up in their lives or relationships.

In our work together, we slow things down and start making sense of what’s actually going on underneath the surface. I use a trauma-informed and attachment-based approach, which really just means we look at where these patterns come from and how to shift them in a way that feels safe and realistic.

My goal is to help you move out of survival mode and into a place where you feel more grounded, more clear, and more like yourself again.

For clients who want it, I also bring faith into the process. This can look like integrating your relationship with God into the work in a way that feels natural, supportive, and aligned with you, never forced.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, life stress, and relationship challenges. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you in, and what you’re hoping for at your pace.

You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I’ll guide us, ask some questions, and make sure you feel comfortable as we start getting a sense of what you need.

Most importantly, this is a space where you can show up as you are, no pressure, no judgment.
