Great to meet you!

In 2015, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a specialization in professional drug counseling, and I minored in adult education and professional communications. In 2018, I graduated with a Master of Science in counseling and clinical mental health. Through several years of internships and employment, I gained experience in inpatient and outpatient settings that placed emphasis on quality patient care, individualized treatment planning, and a genuine approach to care for people at their most vulnerable moments.

My approach to therapy

After over 10,000 hours of training and passing three state licensing tests, I am happy to offer evidence-based treatment approaches for children, adolescents, adults, and couples with various mental, emotional, behavioral, and addiction disorders as well as physical and psychological disabilities.

What you can expect from me

I like people, all kinds of people (e.g., happy, angry, disabled, mentally ill, addicted, and the list goes on). I learned I have a gift for helping people be the best versions of themselves. I had a unique journey that led me here.
