I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Fresno Pacific University. I continued my education, receiving a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy at Pepperdine University. I'm passionate about collaborating with all clients towards their goals. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing issues related to depressed mood, anxiety, grief, relational and interpersonal issues, life transitions, communication issues, and trauma. I'm DBT trained, EMDR trained, and worked as a Suicide Prevention Specialist.

My approach to therapy

I'm a Psychodynamic Therapist with an Integrative Approach when working with clients. I believe each client is unique; therefore, utilizing an approach that is best tailored to the client is essential for treatment.
