Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who helps adults gain clarity about their mental health through comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related concerns. My goal is to help clients better understand their symptoms, identify contributing factors, and develop practical strategies that support long-term well-being and daily functioning. I believe informed clients make empowered decisions, so education and collaboration are important parts of my approach to care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on helping clients gain a clear understanding of their mental health. I take time to understand each person's symptoms, history, strengths, and goals before developing a treatment plan. I believe effective treatment begins with clarity—understanding what may be contributing to symptoms and identifying practical strategies for improvement. When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive interventions designed to improve daily functioning and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, previous treatment experiences, and goals for care. My goal is to gain a thorough understanding of what may be contributing to your symptoms and provide clarity about potential diagnoses and treatment options. By the end of the appointment, you can expect a better understanding of your concerns and a personalized plan for moving forward.
