Great to meet you!

As a clinical social worker, I am dedicated to helping clients heal from trauma and overcome the obstacles it creates. Through my work in addiction recovery, I’ve discovered that trauma is often at the root of interpersonal problems and emotional pain. I’m passionate about guiding clients toward lasting healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process past traumas that are blocking progress, allowing for healing and growth. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I work with clients to foster self-worth and self-love, creating a strong foundation for personal development. Additionally, I incorporate Motivational Interviewing to inspire and cultivate lasting motivation, empowering clients to unlock a brighter future and become the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide a warm and supportive setting to make my clients feel safe addressing their mental health. In our first session, we'll explore your goals, discuss what led you to seek therapy, and begin understanding how past experiences may be affecting your present. Together, we'll establish a plan tailored to your needs, ensuring you feel comfortable and empowered as we move forward in your healing journey.
